Meditation from St. Maximilian Kolbe shared to all MI for Thursday, July 31st 2025;
“You are the instrument in [the Immaculata’s] hands, therefore do solely what she wants; accept each thing from her hand. Have recourse to her in all things, like a child to his mother, entrust all things to her.” (KW 971)
This was today’s Militia Immaculata meditation. When it comes to being a perfect instrument in Our Lady’s hands, Kolbe is set apart from most of the others. Not to take anything away from our league of Holy Martyrs, however Kolbe excelled in the school of virtues. You don’t accidentally house 700 + friars from scratch. They saw his light and his light continues to shine, thanks be to God.
