It is nice to know that Popesplaining is not a new phenomenon, but rather a failing of people who forget the office is inherently a conservative and defensive one.
Only when the Pope speaks “Ex-cathedra” in unison with all the bishops in the teaching capacity of the Catholic Church does the Pope speak infallibly.
