Pope Francis really doesn’t look very good.
I see some marginal improvement from his release from the hospital but not much. He reminds me of clients a few months before they die.
It appears that Pope Francis has lost sight in his left eye. The byline was dated Apr 6 in the article I read. It was noted that he has limited movement of his arms which happened before the pneumonia; speech therapy continues along with physical therapy. Francis is still being treated for a lung infection. He is being slowing weaned from the oxygen tubes.
So who is minding the Chair of Peter?
Who is minding the chair of St Peter?
In the short term, the same band of execrable men who have abused it since 2013.
In the long term, Christ the King, who will return in the nick of time to set things right – whether his steward be good, or otherwise.
“In the long term, Christ the King”
Amen
Looks like my mother the last time I saw her alive (Feb 2019).
I asked her about 4:30: “Are you OK?”
“Yes. I’ll see you tomorrow.”
She died that evening about 10:00.
