Too many responsible people, not crackpots, have seen these for them not to be real. I assume it is some government project, probably the Navy, since the government is being so blase about it. Attempts to mark it down to mass hysteria is typical of the mendacity of bad actors in the Deep State. Why haven’t we seen any in the Deep South?
A commenter at Instapundit states that the drones most likely are the Navy testing out a drone system for delivering various items between ships at sea or between ships and their bases. It’s probably not foreign spies because spy drones would not be operating with lights on and in such a way as to attract attention.
I hope they send some down to Louisiana. My oldest is giving my youngest a 22 for Christmas.

In blue states, guns are legal in name only. As such it would be NJ prosecuting the shooter for shooting a gun in an improper area, endangering the public, noise ordinance, brandishing a weapon, interfering with a police investigation, endangering migratory birds, etc
THAT is why this is happening in blue states. Whoever is doing it knows the difference between blue and red.
