There are fewer and fewer misinformed and unaware Democrat “Christians” nowadays. Indeed, when they are informed, they deny what they hear and are shown, and promptly return to their comfortable but false values of diversity, equity, and inclusion, instead of embracing righteousness and holiness. I have a neighbor across the street who is a liberal progressive Catholic. He is a very kind, courteous, and helpful man. But he is bone ignorant of the Faith and when I explain things, he politely nods his head but returns immediately to all his preconceived liberal progressive notions about social justice, the common good, and peace at any price. I actually expect no different kind of behavior. Just look at the study notes in the Catholic New American Bible Revised Edition or the New Jerusalem Bible, and listen to the insipidly weak and lackluster homilies from the overwhelming majority of Novus Ordo priests, and you will see why these people are hopelessly indoctrinated; only a miracle can change their otherwise solidified minds which they claim to be perennially open and flexible. The irony is astounding.

When I think “Democrat”, I think of: Joe Manchin, Tulsi Gabbard, Elon Musk and Robert F. Kennedy. They have all left what is still called, mistakenly called -the Democratic Party.
The former Democratic Party should really now be called the Blue Zombie Communist Abortion Party.
David WS is correct. Those today calling themselves Democrats (like my neighbor across the street) are zombies who, having been educated into imbecility, can not comprehend classical liberalism.
