The power of the victims forgiveness to the perpetrator is never under the statute of limitations.

Their offerings are golden.

Philip- so true what you say about the victims.

I don’t know that I would be able to quietly endure it. Though chained and suppressed, the vengeful heathen is still with me. May I be willing to let God finish the work he began in me!

TBO.

The Peace that floods the victim after forgiving the assailant is pure grace. It’s beyond explanation because the weight of bitterness and in some cases hate, is so very heavy. His Peace is incredible. His Mercy unfathomable. His Love is beyond understanding because we could never earn it, and He loved us way before we developed a love for Him.

Forgiveness has wings that transports and delivers us to heights unimaginable.

I would like to be a fly on the wall to know how much of Rupniks behaviour has the Pope been told. I seem to wonder whether he has only been told a version and not the full truth…because someone like him can excuse something if it is explained away to him.
