Trump and Vance are putting maximum effort into Pennsylvania above any other single state. My guess is that Josh Shapiro, Democrat Governor of Pennsylvania, is still miffed that he didn’t get placed on the ticket. He will go through the motions, but I doubt if he will bust a gut to have Harris win the Keystone State. The Republicans have been registering the Amish in Pennsylvania, many of whom are upset over attempts of the State to heavily regulate their farming operations, and the Republicans have been out registering the Democrats in general. The Republican candidate for the Senate, Dave McCormick, is neck and neck with the incumbent, Casey the Lesser. The signs look good for the GOP in PA.

I was starting to think Fetterman might actually be a pretty smart guy after his recovery from the stroke. But if he really thinks that Hellary and Cackles are “fantastic” and “amazing”, he’s got a long way to go yet.
Nevertheless, your point about Shapiro may be the real key here. Plus the fact that a lot of working class folks, and not only Whites, are finally realizing that the Democrats have no further use for them. They prefer that such people not vote, so that their ballots can be harvested and falsified.
If the governor is lukewarm or quietly hostile to Harris, perhaps there is a chance that shenanigans at the polling places will be at traditional levels or lower.

Re fracking – Fracking in the Marcellus and Utica shale beds has been a consistent and profitable enterprise. Most fracking is in the western half of PA and is nonexistent in Southeastern PA. The same applies for coal mining. The small amount of oil in PA is in Western PA.
Not everyone here likes fracking. The Pravda Gazette and its loyal but dwindling core of believers despise fracking. Some small towns and rural areas claim fracking disturbs their well water.
Part of what hurt Trump in PA in 2020 was Biden’s Scranton Joe BS, which was enough to get votes in Northeastern PA. Won’t happen this time.
The only two counties not in Eastern PA that Trump will not win for certain are Centre (State College, home of Penn State) and Allegheny (Pittsburgh, with its universities and bad neighborhoods guarantee the Party of the Jackass will win it).
It comes down to the Philly suburbs. What matters more

Shapiro is likely better off long term off this ticket. Now, I despise Shapiro for suing the Little Sisters of the Poor to pay for birth control, but should Harris lose, Shapiro will run in 2028 untainted by Harris.
