Putin does like playing mind games, but he is kidding on the square. Harris is a frightened woman with raging impostor syndrome. Her first reaction is to run from conflict. Putin would eat her alive. Trump on the other hand, well, there is a good reason why his Presidency was the most peaceful since that of Herbert Hoover.
