It was a simon pure miracle that Trump survived the assassination attempt. With the gross incompetence of the Secret Service revealed to the world, it will be a miracle if another assassination attempt does not occur prior to the end of this election season,
“They” are NOT going to stop in “their” attempt to murder Donald Trump, and I think that many in the Deep State WANT that to happen.
I don’t want to believe it…but I do. I agree 100% w/ LQC. The forces of evil have their sights on Trump and they have many in their legion.
How would they do not against a 20 year old that couldn’t make the rifle team, but an Al-Qaeda strike team or a Drone strike?

A dear friend of mine employed in the Monroe County (NY) government once said, “There’s a ridge bone of competent people who keep the government running. Then there’s the rest”. The Secret Service is yet another ineffective government bureaucracy for whom fulfilling institutional missions takes a back seat to the convenience of employees or to the political gamesmanship of senior managers. It would help if we had impersonal screening tools which selected for demonstrable knowledge and skill in recruitment and promotion and it would help if it weren’t difficult to fire poor performers. There are vested interests antagonistic to these sorts of improvements. It’s another example of collective decadence. The problems have been exacerbated in the last 15 years as the Democratic Party has worked to turn the bureaux in question into collecting pools of Democratic Party agents. The dame in charge of the agency is a broad who’d been on VP Biden’s personal detail; she was selected for her inclination to protect a family shot through with criminals and perverts from public scrutiny.

The Secret Service continues to stonewall about who was in command that day. Someone in the bowels is going to have to slip the name to Josh Hawley. The local sheriff in Beaver County, Pa. now has his back up.
