The Pope isn’t about to call out Leftist blasphemy, especially when it is tied in with homosexuality. Besides, fight on the same side as Catholics and Christians he despises? Not this Pope. Eventually he will say something, as anodyne and besides the point as possible. Our Pope never fails to disappoint.

For the sake of the athletes who have trained their entire lives to represent their country, I personally have been watching and enjoying the Olympics, especially the swimming which Aussies excel at being an island and all (the US Team give us Aussies good competition in the pool). I’ve taken the attitude that God will sort out the freaks and their enablers who mocked the Last Supper.
As for PF- seriously, who here is surprised by his reaction (or lack thereof)..? Not me!

Dr. Anthony Stine made the cogent observation on his Sunday morning podcast that the outrage should not be on our own behalf as Christians, but on behalf of God. He goes on to say that our duty as believers is to speak out in defense of God when He is publicly mocked. Our personal outrage should be derivative of this duty, not based on ourselves. I found this to be helpful to my own response.
