Mock on, mock on, Voltaire, Rousseau;
Mock on, mock on; ’tis all in vain!
You throw the sand against the wind,
And the wind blows it back again.
And every sand becomes a gem
Reflected in the beams divine;
Blown back they blind the mocking eye,
But still in Israel’s paths they shine.
The Atoms of Democritus
And Newton’s Particles of Light
Are sands upon the Red Sea shore,
Where Israel’s tents do shine so bright.
William Blake

Oh Yes.
How sweet it is.
Shining brightly, the beacon of Hope and Light in a very dark culture.
Wake Up, you sleeping pigs, wake up before it’s too late.
Our Lords Sacred Heart glowing high up on that hill, overlooking the whole of Paris. Yep – you could not make this up.
I hope the blackout occured after the shameful, mocking of The Last Supper tableau by the Paris Olympic Committee. The cast included transgendered and drag queens. It was and affront to Christians and Catholics.
The apology:
“Clearly there was never an intention to show disrespect to any religious group. On the contrary, I think (with) Thomas Jolly, we really did try to celebrate community tolerance,” “Looking at the result of the polls that we shared, we believe that this ambition was achieved. If people have taken any offense we are, of course, really, really sorry.”
Sure you are!

Cam – they have been in damage control. I read somewhere that they have removed that section from the replay on the official website. However, I have not gone searching for it myself to verify whether this is correct. Nonetheless, I have not read anywhere in MSM or on social media of comments condoning the freak show they included. Not one positive review. The whole ceremony was abysmal. It really was in poor spirit of what the Olympic Games is about. Egg on their faces.
I think the French are seriously worried about the repercussions. The Iranian leadership called in the French ambassador. Apparently, he had some ‘splainin to do, after the flagrant insult to one of their “prophets.”
Here is a possible reason for the only illumination in Paris:
“We never leave the Lord Alone” August 1, 2024 will mark 139 years of uniterrupted perpetual Adoration at Sacre-Coeur Basilica.

“Clearly there was never any intention to show disrespect to any religious group”.
Reminds me of this quote from the movie “The Outlaw Josey Wales”:
Ezabelle, I have read in several places that the IOC is trying to scrub the Internet of all images of that “ceremony” by threatening copyright enforcement lawfare against major platforms. That is pretty serious damage control, all right.
Unfortunately, NBC is winning big with viewership ratings, at least according to suspiciously enthusiastic MSM reports. To be fair, the comparisons are mostly with 2020, when the Covid madness reduced the whole thing to play acting in venues empty of spectators, which didn’t exactly draw big interest. I will be interested to see some comparisons with 2016 and 2012.
Record high temperature in Paris today. Discussion of postponing some of the outdoor Olympic events. Satanic followers nowhere to be found.
