Almost Too Symbolic

Bad policy comes to bad end.  It also shows the level of competence of our woke military.  This country is currently treading water at best and doing a poor job of it.  What humiliations and disasters yet await under the zombie and his puppet masters?

The Biden Pier.

I like it. He won’t need a presidential library in his name… he has a pier. A have submerged pier.
Perfect.

Where will the cruise ships dock in a new, independent, peaceful Palestine?

(Only there of course, but it might sell.)

Engineers managed to build a pier that functioned during the D Day landings in 1944. Maybe someone could unearth the old blueprints for use today.

Lincoln has the Memorial on the Mall. Biden has the Sunk Pier… Emblematic. Of both men.

“Engineers managed to build a pier that functioned during the D Day landings in 1944. Maybe someone could unearth the old blueprints for use today.”

The piers with the Mulberry Harbors were called a spud. There’s a name..

“Biden’s spud.”

Those guys in 1944 came up with things that looked crazy but often worked (e.g., Hobart’s Funnies.). Biden does the opposite: Change things that work into something that doesn’t work and are crazy. ICE to EV.. How’s that goin’ for you GM, Ford and Stellantis?

They say you can’t fix stupid, and you can’t. I just pray that we can survive it.

Huh? Looks pretty intact to me.
It looks–and is–relatively flimsy. It’s not permanent and we can’t put troops ashore. I learned on YouTube how part of the floating at-sea pier had blown in to shore. They’re working on that.
They’re doing pretty well for the constraints they have.
It looks rough because the tide is coming in and the wind is blowing. So far as I know, it’s not sinking.

It broke apart in high seas, I know. For that matter, the actual floating pier drifted in to shore. They’ll need to reassemble the former and move the latter back out to sea. The whole thing is a fool’s errand, sure, but nothing sank.
…Yet.

… So, I built a third one. That burned down, fell over, then sank into the [sea], but the fourth one… stayed up! And that’s what you’re gonna get, lad: the strongest [pier] in these islands.
