Catholic Mass on government property:
Catholic chaplains are transported to Navy ships for Mass; have Mass on Army posts and Marine bases. Some posts have Catholic specific chapels. Catholic funeral services at Arlington are regular occurrences as they are at every national cemetery. The Military academies have Catholic chaplains assigned. Think of all the other Christian pastors and their respective services for the fallen.
Chaplain Capodanno and Chaplain Kapaun received the Medal of Honor.
Can the Gettysburg address be read at a cemetery? The brave men, living and dead hallowed the ground. They should be reverenced and prayed for and not forgotten.
