Donald R. McClarey
Cradle Catholic. Active in the pro-life movement since 1973. Father of three, one in Heaven, and happily married for 43 years. Small town lawyer and amateur historian. Former president of the board of directors of the local crisis pregnancy center for a decade.
Merrick Garland is a busy man, politicizing the DOJ and turning it into an arm of the DNC. As bad as that is, when I recall how Garland came so close to being appointed to the Supreme Court under Obama I can only thank God we were spared.
The man is a blight.
There are about 1,300 lawyers employed in U.S. Attorney’s offices and another crew at the central divisions of the Department of Justice. If we have a Republican administration, the number still employed therein on 21 January 2025 should be nil.
As for the FBI, a Republican Congress should pass a bill dissolving the agency toute de suite, filibuster be damned. A component of such legislation should be provisos on those employed in line positions in the Washington HQ and those employed in managerial positions across the board: they’re banned from future federal employment. Have the West Virginia National Guard cart the movable equipment and the files in the headquarters to a warehouse and demolish the building.
The federal penal code needs to be a great deal shorter and the sentences therein recalibrated so they match the median of state codes for comparable crimes.
Yeah, I know. Nothing will happen even if the Democrats cannot steal the election. McConnell is trash.
One thing we’ve discovered. Top to bottom, partisan Democrats are unfit for public office.
Being uninformed, I had to Google Alexander Smirnov:
https://apnews.com/article/hunter-biden-fbi-informant-lying-bribery-burisma-e6de5f083e7ea7c2f1aa6233d24d7cfd
I fear he will be another victim of Robert Heinlein’s proverb:
“You can’t conquer a free man; the most you can do is kill him.”
Oh, by the way, I forgot to mention the ultimate irony. Biden wants us to treat the fiction of anthropogenic global warming as the greatest crisis that humanity has ever faced, yet he and his son Hunter received MILLION of dollars from the Ukrainian methane gas company Burisma (something Smirnov revealed), which is what this is all about. Did you know that methane has (I think) 20 times the green house potency of carbon dioxide? It’s all bu11$hit, Folks. If Democrats really cared about climate change, then they would expunge all the anti-nukes whom Barack HUSSEIN Obama installed in the US NRC, and start building new reactors like there’s no tomorrow. Frack them and all their works of iniquity!
And one last thing. Don’t whitewash methane with the term “natural” gas. Uranium and thorium are “natural” too. I hate the disinformation of this Orwellian turn of speech.
And quite the opposite of Sir Thomas is PF who smiles approvingly in word and deed on “good Catholic” President.
All I know, is that Smirnov is a very good vodka – of which I used to partake regularly in my carefree youth. ( with a mixer of course, usually lemonade – 1 part vodka, 2 parts lemonade) 😆

We all know DOJ has been politicized and uses Soviet tqtics. It started before the 2020 election. Smirnov was a valuable FBI asset for years. He provided much useful info to the Bureau and was well paid for it. Now all of a sudden he is charged with being a liar. Me thinks he has true information on the Biden crime family. Will there be another Epstein style suicide?
“The Case to Impeach and Imprison Joe Biden is author Mike McCormick’s eyewitness account from six years as Joe Biden’s White House stenographer, traveling with him to Ukraine and Honduras and many other countries.” This author, recently interviewed by a metro DC radio stated he saw bribery happening on Air Force 2 and as a steno for the VP was privvy to incriminating info.
