The bills were sponsored by Del. Jonpal Atticus Janesen, R-Fairfax County, and Del. Durethea Gratlingburger, R-Bedford County.
A Liberal-led House panel on Wednesday defeated the Republican proposal seeking to limit access to abortions in Virginia.
House Bill 7734, sponsored by Del. Jonpal Atticus Janesen, R-Fairfax County would have prohibited terminating pregnancies based on a determination that a person, including an unborn child, had the genetic sexual DNA strand, called the “homo gene,” which was recently discovered by a team of researchers at the Catholic University of America.
From the moment of conception a person’s DNA is set for their entire lives. As now proven by science, this includes what is being called “the homo gene.”
For a variety of reasons, the research at Catholic U was controversial, with the most vehement opposition coming from several historically pro-LGBTQXYZ groups. They foresaw that, if the existence of the homo gene was proven scientifically, then anyone who alleged they were, in reality “homosexual” or “gay,” but did not have the gene, would be stigmatized as lying, delusional, or mad. Also, this would prove that if anyone freely and voluntarily chose to engage in homosexual actions, but did not have the gene, that doing such actions was a matter of choice, not totally and fatalistically determined by one’s DNA.
“Much worse,” said one high ranking officer of the LGBTQEFGH Association, “what would ensue is what has happened since the discoveries of the alcoholism gene, the kleptomania gene, the agoraphobia gene, and the totalitarian gene. For all of these, there are numerous reported cases, now enough to be statistically and scientifically significant, of many of these people freely choosing to overcome the genetic influence. Many alcoholics are sober. Many agoraphobics live a normal life, by their own choice, riding subways, attending rodeos, and going to Walmart frequently. Many with the totalitarian gene, by their own free choice, have joined religious groups with vows of humble obedience that serve and care for the poor or they have entered cloistered monasteries and convents to pursue a life of quiet prayer 24/7. For that matter, many believe that the almost total extinction of the Democratic Party was the discovery of the totalitarian gene and the ensuing abortions after testing for it. And it will undoubtedly be shown that there are those who voluntarily choose only heterosexual actions who have the homo gene. All of our government-mandated preferences, care agencies, and social security disability payments will vanish.”
LGBTQMNOP, Inc. opposed the legislation. Their co-president, Ebbie Bonson, said “As the competent studies have shown again and again, there are precious few of us as it is. If parents, or a mother alone, have the right to kill an unborn child who is found to have the homo gene, our numbers will go even lower. And there goes our voting power if these babies die.” When questioned about the shift from the past of referring to “blobs of cells” and “masses of tissue” when advocating for pregnancy terminations to the language of “child” and “baby,” Bonson replied that the science was now settled, especially after the recent studies of two-way communication between persons outside the womb and babies inside. “If they can repeat a tapped code and also use previously-learned tapping sequences to request that the mother eat particular foods, then that’s a human person.”
Prior to the recent discovery, the private individuals and groups that funded the research said that previously proclaimed catholic church doctrines would have to be jettisoned or recast if the homo gene was proven to exist. They added that criticisms, many coming from traditional and orthodox catholics, would then be shown to be erroneous – that freely engaging in homosexual actions, heretofore categorized as an “intrinsic evil” according to accepted church doctrine, would be debunked.
An action that is “intrinsically evil” is an action whose object is incapable of being in accord with God’s will since the action radically contradicts the good of a person made in the image of God. Intrinsically evil actions are always and per se evil, despite any intention of the person acting and despite any circumstance, even if the intention or the circumstances are to produce some other or perceived good. Intrinsically evil actions are always evil, always grievously sinful, they are never good.
Other church officials said that the discovery of the homo gene changed nothing about the doctrine of intrinsic evil or its application in this situation. “The existence of this gene or of any other gene does not mean that a person cannot exercise free will,” said one pastor.
In debate about House bill 7734, Del. Janesen said: “Currently, with the newly developed gene testing, you will be able to go to an abortionist and kill a child in the womb, or, if you prefer the language used by others, you can terminate that “homosexual pregnancy,” just based on the presence of the homo gene. This is déjà vu all over again, harking back to the successful efforts of the Democrats who in the past defeated measures presented here to ban abortions to be done solely and only based on the sex of the child or its race. That’s not fair to the child to be aborted for something that they had no part of. Unborn boys and unborn girls deserve the same protection, and unborn children of all sexual genetic makeups deserve the same protection. They deserve to be given the chance to live.”
It is unclear if the Democratic Party was still in existence what position it would take.
Many activists have voiced the fear that as with the hundreds of thousands of sex-selection fetal cell terminations and those based on race alone, since here in America and in every other country parents prefer heterosexual children by a wide margin, nearly 100% of sexual orientation abortions will be of those with the homo gene.
Speaking in opposition to the bill, Adelphina Butrois, an officer of Virginia Reproduction Freedom, LP., said that the bans before the committee were part of “a sinister campaign to make abortion a wicked thing, and make abortionists monsters, to castigate innocent women, and to further expand government control of uteruses and legislate into law one more way of limiting reproductive freedom.”
Janice Greenly Luckmann, executive director of Parents Please Champions of Virginia, asserted that abortion bans see people other than the power elites as mere mindless minions who are to be ruled and controlled. “Virginians have always wanted to control their bodies, except in the case of vaccines, going back to revolutionary times when they rebelled against a foreign monarch. With the exception of vaccines which are for the common good, Virginians have trumpeted the position that people should make their own health care decisions, including killing a mass of living cells that have the homo gene. Politicians have no business telling us what to do inside our bodies,” Luckmann said.
To date, no catholic priest or bishop has taken a public stand on this issue. The Vatican is reported to be studying whether to have candidates for the priesthood tested for the gene before they are ordained as priests.

And it just gets better from there. Bravo, sir.
Guy, for real in Virginia.
Virginia Catholic Conference – Disrespect of the human body.
Human remains should not be liquified to become “waste water” and disposed of through the sewer system. The process is alkaline hydrolysis. HB 52 passed and on way to VA Senate.
Even in the Bronze Age and earlier humans took care in laying their dead to rest.
For profit aka commercial surrogacy motherhood bill. One can imagine the trafficking of childbearing women and babies. HB110 passed and on its way to VA Senate.
VA assembly has Dem majority in the House and Senate. Luckily we have good conservative GOP Governor, Lt Governor and Attorney General.
PS I admit last week we were in Lafayette LA and attended church there so we may have missed notice of the two bills; however, we attended Mass yesterday and today at our church where there was no mention of the HB 110 or HB 52. In the Sunday Homily Fr. did nention that families of elderly parents are not having church funerals or burials in sacred ground. He said that the Potomac River is rising because of deposited human ashes. $1200 for weddings and funerals…. that might be a clue.
