Pro-lifers do all of that Snuffenuff. For 15 years I was President of our local crisis pregnancy center in my county where we assisted women before and after birth. Birthright International has helped women and their children since the seventies. Countless pro-life groups and organizations do precisely the work you allege that pro-lifers do not do.
By the way, if you care to put your action where your mouth is these groups are always looking for volunteers to help women and kids.
I’ve never met a pro-life person who didn’t give generously towards the care of children … And I’ve never bet a pro-abortion person who didn’t pretend they didn’t … It would be wrong for me to speculate as to why that is.
I do notice, also, that pro-abortion types frequently bring up the welfare state, as if the possibility that a person may need government assistance sometime in the future is justification for killing them now.
In the end, their entire argument usually boils down to “The end justifies the means”.

Abortion is always the special case.
IF you can get those in favor of the practice to admit that what is genetically identical to a human being is in fact a human being, the classification of that human as “better off dead” is not far behind.
However, the abortion supporter rarely argues the “better off dead” argument to its logical conclusion of plentiful voluntary (and not so voluntary) euthanasia accompanied by a frequent use of the death penalty.
Lean and mean systems are often more attractive before you see the meanness that is required.
Snuffenuff’s logic is really skewed. Because we pro-lifers are supposedly all hypocrites who don’t care about babies and their mothers after birth (an untrue accusation), his solution is to murder those babies. The thought that HE should step up to the plate and care for babies and mothers would never occur to him.
I have dealt with this perverse logic before. I was once arguing with a Democrat who said he didn’t want babies born into a world where they wouldn’t be wanted, so his solution is murder. But he sanitizes murder by calling it abortion as do all the Democrats. And the idea that HE should be the one to want such babies NEVER occurred to him. His choice is evasion of accountability and abdication of responsibility via murder.
Folks, it’s high time we turn the tables on these godless Democrats and tell them to their faces what they are: murderers. Don’t let them get away with their Orwellian skew of the language by saying we’re hypocrites for not caring for babies and mothers (demonstrably untrue). Rather, tell them that their solution is NEVER to selflessly care for others, but to selfishly murder so that they don’t have to care. Rub their noses in their iniquity and make them smell the filth that they are.

Over a five-year period beginning in 2016, pregnancy resource centers reportedly saved an estimated 828,131 lives, and in 2019 alone, they served almost 2 million people.
Vandals, many of whom are apparently associated with the group Jane’s Revenge, have carried out 70 attacks on these centers since May 3, according to Catholic Vote. Vandals have broken windows, sprayed graffiti reading “If abortion isn’t safe, you aren’t either,” and set fire to some of the centers.
