Although never publicly commenting, China’s actions exhibit a serious concern that the system in the DPRK is subject to blowing up like an overfilled balloon (of Kim’s) that will expose China to short, but not overly friendly, border. Having lived and traveled in Southeast Asia for over 20 years, I have yet to visit a country there that is completely comfortable with its giant neighbor.
