Why just the other day, gasoline was $2.20 a gallon. Groceries were affordable. Then I woke up.
Last night’s 60 Minutes touched upon hit men contracted by Iran to take out certain Americans.
Dreaming about secured boarders is as close as it’s gonna get with the BidiM administration.
Dream on.
I am reminded once more of George Carlin’s famous 2005 rant containing the line “It’s a big club, and you ain’t in it.” Easily found on YT video. His closing line was “Because the owners of this country know the truth. It’s called the American Dream because you have to be asleep to believe it.”
(The gigantic irony here, of course, is that Carlin almost certainly thought he was bashing mostly Republicans and conservatives, and yet his words perfectly reflect the order of things as controlled today by the Left.)
Also an aside, just for the record: Philip, regular unleaded in my North Texas suburb of Dallas is running about $2.49 per gallon. The difference between that and the $3.50-$3.75 my brother in NW Illinois is paying is all state taxes.
