Shameless and delusional. For Geraldo Rivera to think he has the gravitas to be lecturing anyone for what he considers a lack of journalistic integrity is beyond laughable.
It’s the same sort of shamelessness and chutzpah that gives us the disgraced, fired Dan Rather actually teaching a class on “Journalism and Finding the Truth in the News”.
Hacks like Rivera need to recognize that they aren’t journalists, they’re show business personalities who play journalists on TV.
I recall a Bloom County cartoon where Opus is depressed at the ills of the world and confesses to Milo his fear that God is dead. Milo then tells him that Geraldo got punched in the snoot and that there may be permanent scarring. Opus smiles broadly and asserts that God lives!
