The Negative Wages of Inflation

Language advisory to the above video.  CNN, CNN!, admits that Americans now pay $709.00 a month more for goods and services than they did two years ago.  CNN tries to happy talk this by claiming that much of this is fueled by increases in rent and mortgages.  Of course this is mendacious due to the government not taking into consideration costs of gas and groceries in determining the inflation rate.  Speaking of mendacity, I have noted smaller quantities for the same alleged price in regard to groceries.  Inflation is the cruelest tax. It always hits hardest those at the bottom rung who have no choice but to pay all of their income just for basics for survival.  The current regime believes that if we just spend more move, everything will be fine.  Give ’em the bad news Uncle Miltie:

Monetary expansion is not required to support deficit spending and it was eschewed between 1981 and 2019, even though Congress could not balance the budget to save its life. Inflation’s impact is felt most severely not by impecunious people but by people whose nominal income is roughly fixed. It hits old people the hardest (who may be impecunious as well).

People with static pensions have a wasting asset.

And retirement accounts. If Jerome Powell and the Trump appointees on the Federal Reserve Board were not implicated, I’d assume it was planned by the Biden crew to injure demographic segments which resist the Democratic Party. The gun control discourse in the Democratic Party is a fairly blatant attempt to both injure their opponents and blame them for slum crime (which is largely the work of feral young men who are close relatives of Democratic voters).

And yet the voters continue to send politicians to congress who immerse us further in debt, thus demonstrating Einstein’s dictum about the repetition of failed actions and expecting a different result.

The disenfranchisement of every Catholic taxpayer of his citizenship makes of the Catholic taxpayer a slave of the government.
Prohibiting federal money to help disabled children in Catholic school disenfranchises the disabled Catholic children of their citizenship and the benefits thereof.
The 14th Amendment provides for every natural born citizen and every naturalized citizen of the United States to be acknowledged and afforded every benefit equal to every citizen.
Disenfranchising Catholic taxpayers and Catholic children from educational benefits results in slavery by any other definition.
