Let the Lawsuits Begin!

I think parental consent to this butchery on minors will be unsuccessful as a defense.  This should be highly lucrative.  The discovery phase should be devastating as to lack of informed consent, the lack of any scientific proof that such operations give any benefits to patients, the harm to patients resulting from the operations, etc.

Also factor in the emotional blackmailing of parents who were asked, “Do you want a live daughter or a dead son?” What these modern-day Mengele’s have done cannot escape punishment.

The lawsuits need to come NOW and be made public. Those that butcher children need to be prosecuted. They did it for money, bottom line. And teachers and other who teach immorality and depravity to children that can ruin their lives also need to come to justice. They certainly will in the next world if they do not repent.

The adopted Prop 3 in Michigan protects the practitioner in cases of botched reassignment surgeries. It will go down in history as one of the cruelest amendments added to the Michigan Constitution.
Pure Evil.

Say a prayer for Ohio.

They are facing similar challenges.

The consenting parents should be have to suffer the consequences if they had consented for their children to be given hormone blockers and put under the knife as a minor. After all they must sign medical paperwork on behalf of the minor.

By the way: This is the slippery slope to a world where, because of lawsuits on doctors who aided and botched confused “trans” minors, doctors in general will now fear proper diagnosis of routine illnesses on minors. You wait and see: For fear of lawsuits. We are looking at a future world where GPs will be more useless and more incompetent than they already are. All because the woke insisted we treat/submit to the wishes of children who were confused about their God-given identity. The domino affect on this experimental era, sadly, will be far-reaching.

Can the medical profession be any more concerned about lawsuits than it already is? (Honest question, not rhetorical.)
They should be going after the AMA who orchestrates the junk science or at least winks at it.

You are probably right, but the left does seem to preach that he who tells the followers what to do is as culpable as the followers.
BUT, expecting consistency from the left is a fools errand.

Another “follow the science” misfire. Major hospitals and the ama are all for this, and physicians or parents who refuse to go along are accused of wanting people to die. We’ve seen this before. Recently.

“I think parental consent to this butchery on minors will be unsuccessful as a defense.”
I would hope that it WOULD be successful. Otherwise, I can’t imagine how any form of parental consent would have any workable legal standing in any context. It does not make sense to me to make a huge fuss out of parental consent for sex “education” or similar concerns, then suddenly say, “Oh, well, that doesn’t matter” when it comes to transgender “therapy”. We can’t have it both ways.

. . . sex “education” or similar concerns . . . don’t leave people sterile and scarred. Swing and a miss.

“…don’t leave people sterile and scarred…”
If we honestly examine the impact of abortion, I think we see otherwise.
