Lord knows there are many grounds to criticize Trump, but a fair amount of the Orange Man Bad rage on the Left is completely irrational.

Graham’s been in Congress since 1995. In that time, we’ve had the bombing campaign in Serbia, the war in Afghanistan, and the war in Iraq. There was some demurral in Republican circles about the first of these (which did not turn out badly), but not the second (which proved to be a disaster in the end) or the third. We’ve supplied forces in Libya, Syria, and the Ukraine in the intervening years, about which you could make arguments on both sides. (Putin admirers have a habit of making really bad arguments in re the Ukraine). It’s rather de trop to accuse Graham of having ‘liked’ any of this.
