People should Escape from New York. It’s not just a movie anymore. The criminals are truly running the prison / city.
It is to wonder how many New Yorkers are staying, thinking “Oh, it’s just for a little while – it has to get better soon” when the thought of leaving comes up. To them I’d refer Germany circa 1934-36.
Will he have the courage to decline a plea deal? NYC does not want the spotlight on it’s crime problem and I think will offer generous tems for a guilty plea. Don’t do it. Do the risky, long winded, NY Post covered trial about how the subway has turned into the Wild West – without the white hats.
Trump tactics. When they demand an apology for your true statement, decline and hit them with two more. When your NYC friend is considering gun ownership for the first time, that points to a very real possibility of a sympathetic jury.

As if more proof was needed that media is there to create a narrative, not report on it, every report I’ve heard on says that the worst thing that Neely might have done was “act somewhat erratic.”
RH- Neely was threatening violence and stating he didn’t care if it got him arrested. Who knows what Neely would have done if the Marine didn’t stop him. He could have pushed a passenger onto the tracks…who knows?
The average New Yorker is a wokster or a sympathizer. Who do you think elected Alvin Bragg. He would probably win again in a landslide. When the New Yorkers flee their economic hellhole, do not think that most do not bring their liberal voting habits with them. It’s an invasion from within and without for the remaining sane areas of the country.
Blue states and cites have conservatives living in them (and exiting). So far Boston & Massachusetts are not that crazy or stupid, although we have some national known crazy politicians they don’t impact everyday life much.
An autopsy – was one done on Neely’s remains? Was he on drugs as well as mentally ill? I’ve read that the woman who asked the marine to help and afterwards thanked him for defending passengers worries about repurcussions if she testifies.
