In the past two years, approximately 500,000 taxpayers sought asylum in America. The flow continues.

After years of budget surpluses, Kulliforniya faces an estimated deficit of $22 to $24 billion. It has $37 billion in accumulated unspent surplus money. But a possible recession, declining stock values, and further tax base exodus likely will run through that in a hurry.
