Elites throughout the West have demonstrated that not only are they incapable of coming up with solutions to problems, they specialize in attempting to use force and propaganda to impose barking mad rubbish on unwilling populations.
Welcome to the Party Pal

Donald R. McClarey
Cradle Catholic. Active in the pro-life movement since 1973. Father of three, one in Heaven, and happily married for 43 years. Small town lawyer and amateur historian. Former president of the board of directors of the local crisis pregnancy center for a decade.
It has been this way for at least two generations. John FARC Kerry is one of the dumbest human beings to get elected. Yet, the man is wealthy and hovers around centers of power like a bumblebee around flowers in springtime.
My 11 year old son has a bigger vocabulary than Barack Obama, whose single skill was to read a teleprompter.
The Squad has the collective IQ of a soap dish…maybe.
Then again, the late Samuel Francis labeled the Republican Party the Stupid Party, and not without reason.
PF: does your son also know the proper usage of the term corpseman? Yes, too many of our leaders are dumber than dirt, but thank God they have the inordinate pride not to know it. As I tell my kids, ignorant and arrogant is a deadly combination.
It’s been two generations since the federal government could balance its books.
I don’t think John Kerry is notably unintelligent. Like a lot of federal politicians, he’s expanded – like a gas – to fill the various offices he’s been granted. Before he was in Congress, he was a common-and-garden lawyer in Boston, working in a two-lawyer office with his girlfriend (having been fired by the DA).
BTW, Kerry grew up in the odd economy of the U.S. Foreign Service; his parents were not wealthy and his school tuitions were paid by some maternal-side relatives. His first wife came from a family with a nine-digit net worth, and he may have received some of that when she sued him for divorce. He may also have received through his late mother a fragment of what was left of the Forbes family fortune. Otherwise, his household wealth is his current wife’s, and you’ll recall her remark “you have to have a prenup”. (Recall Ann Coulter’s remark that Kerry’s real skill was in finding women who had inherited fortunes built by other men).
The transmania is barking mad, as is every element of the BLM discourse. I’m acquainted with many partisan Democrats. The next time I hear from one who has an objection to this will be the first. Street-level Democrats just have no critical engagement with any of this.
I don’t think Obama has any intellectual deficits, either. The thing about Obama is that he has no signature interests beyond, perhaps, what liberals were chattering about when he was 20 years old. He doesn’t seem to care about much of anything other than hanging around with celebrities and doing spiteful little injuries to people.
It isn’t just the public intellectuals. Neighbor-lady with a PhD just found out DH & I remained unvax’d, was horrified at our selfishness & irresponsibility, and said she’d have to mask around us from now on.

She refused to hear that the vaccines don’t work well, that vaccinated individuals can spread the virus, and that Fauci basically threw the current model of Flu vaccines, RSV, and yes, Covid vaccines, under the bus in an article he co-wrote and was recently published over at Cell and Microbe.

Mr. Sailer on another bit of race lunacy.
She refused to hear that the vaccines don’t work well
If she bothered to look at the Worldometers data on cases and deaths after July of 2021, she’d know the vaccines weren’t that effective. You could show it to her, but you’d get an I-say-its-spinach response. Her problem is based on emotions.
Just as some people are famous for being well known, others are thought to be erudite because they speak often.
Well, Art, I do consider John FARC Kerry to be something of a dolt when it comes to his politics. How intelligent Obama really is is a matter of question…he certainly is no public speaker with his uhhs and umms. As I pointed out, my 11 year old son speaks better than Obama.

She claims not to follow “the press”, but it is pretty obvious she has drunk deep MSM. I offered to bring over to her the aforementioned article by Fauci et al. She refused. Here is an academic refusing to read a scholarly article by a fairly reputable (I would imagine) science journal, and it is “political”–which it is, I am guessing, because the authors are all NIH fellows, but here they appear to be honest.

To follow up…a couple of decades ago, J FARC K made an idiotic statement that the FARC had legitimate complaints…the largest, oldest Marxist narcoterrorist organization in the Western Hemisphere.
My wife witnessed them kidnap people who were found dead.
Kerry is an idiot.
Oh, this just in:
.
I received a text from PhD-neighbor apologizing for being wrong on vaccinated-cannot-transmit. It might have been better if she continued to stay wrong, however, cuz now she’s likely to mask everywhere.
.
Our local hospital and doctors’ offices all require the mask still. That is not likely to end, even if “Cochrane” says “masks don’t work.”

Obama said there were 57 states in the US. If he had two brains, he’d be twice as stupid.
It might have been better if she continued to stay wrong, however, cuz now she’s likely to mask everywhere.
I’d say that’s a plus. Anybody masking in publc nowadays who isn’t visibly enfeebled is basically wearing a neon hat that says MORON on it. Better to see them coming.
None of these Bright Young Things seem to come up through the ranks any more. Dad used to complain about DC bosses in the Postal Service who never carried mail or clerked, where they might have rubbed shoulders with ordinary folks and labored at the real tasks of the jobs they were supervising. People laughed at Truman, who failed twice at business, but at least he knew how a business should work. Now we all want our (middle class) kids to jump from elite school to elite position with no dirty hands in between.
