I love babies. I never considered the duties of taking care of my boys when they were babies to be a burden. It was a joy. Frustrating a few times, but never a burden to be endured.
Those pictures are not made up. As for anyone who refuses to accept the pure joy of a little one, these people are beyond selfish.
Elevating the Earth, or material wealth and comfort, above a baby is not the way to get in goid graces with God.

Abortion cannot kill God’s living soul or sovereign personhood in a newly begotten immortal human being. Roe v. Wade cannot change what God has created. Says so in our Declaration of Independence. Biden et all ought to read it.
