Upon closer examination, it appears there may be a couple of “When The Turkeys Dropped” medals on his tunic.
Ben Franklin wanted to make turkey our national bird. The eagle is the symbol of the swiftness of the Justice of God…and St. John, the Evangelist…and our postal service.
