Chatterbox Justices are the bane of appellate practice, especially when they clearly do not know what they are talking about, obviously have only skimmed the briefs, are eating up your time and you have to respectfully tell them that not only are they barking up the wrong tree, they are in the wrong forest.
Joe Digenova on WMAL yesterday AM said that John Roberts passed a note to Jackson to the effect that she should stop interrupting others’ questions and responses. (I guess there was a leak.) He also said Justice Elena Kagan is a stickler for protocol and won’t suffer Jackson’s behavior gladly.
It is important to remember that when Jesus was accused of eating with sinners, the very sinners whom Jesus was eating with had invited him to dine with them.
Sodomites, people as pollution advocates, abortionists, idol worshippers and athiests being placed in authority over the faithful in the Vatican have forsaken Jesus Christ who is the revelation of God and their salvation. Jesus Christ left these souls in hell where they chose to be. Why doesn’t Pope Francis? Oh, that’s right Pope Francis is no longer the Vicar of Christ.
