This was government sponsored censorship to swing the 2020 Presidential election. When Trump claimed the election was rigged, he didn’t know the half of it.

See the look on Rogans face as Zuckerberg kept on blubbering about FBI being “a legitimate organisation”. Rohan didn’t really have to try much in that interview. It was basically delivered to him on a platter a la carte.

Justice delayed is justice denied. And, justice denied entirely is the prelude to civil war. This must end. No civilized nation can long exist with this level of corruption. It must end.
I don’t especially trust Zuck, although given the other behavior– this is the DC Field Office’s intel guys, just like the Russian disinformation story– there’s probably a sizable chunk of truth in it.

The important thing is that by the Federal Government through the FBI instigating it, the First Amendment was implicated. Classic civil rights violation. A Federal Tort Claims Action can be filed within two years of the offense against the FBI. Lots of juicy discovery could result!

I’ll go on record to say there will either be another “pandemic “ or alien invasion to suppress a trial or delay it till all characters or dead or so old they don’t remember.
In the old America this is how it should have looked if the FBI tried to force suppression of informed esp that would change outcome of election:

It was definitely the claim of Joseph Nacchio who said his prosecution of “insider trading” was because of his refusal to allow an NSA access to phone records. (He won a later court case, but only against a witness, not the government.)

He was almost certainly a very willing co-conspirators. Him tossing the blame on the FBI might be an indication that he is certain the Democrats are going to lose the House.
