Watch for Biden having an incapacitating health crisis soon. The Puppetmasters know that Harris will be no vast improvement from their perspective, but poor puppet Biden is becoming death incarnate to their dreams of power forever more in this Vale of Tears.
The smart money says the Puppetmasters will hold on as long as possible. (1) Committed Democrats simply do not admit error, ever. This is true all the way down to the street-level. (2) Harris is a deer in the headlights, but she’s lucid enough to make her own choices on whom to rely, and the person she’ll rely on is her husband. Jill will be gone, Klain will see his influence reduced, and Emhoff might have the sense to persuade his wife to let him take out the trash. There are bound to be people hanging about in White House jobs with whom and ordinary person would not want to associate. Harris not being white will have more leeway to clean out the affirmative action hires that the Puppetmasters put in the cabinet.

True Art, but they also have no reluctance to dump someone when he becomes a political liability, and Biden is becoming a millstone for them.
I’d seen predictions from the start that Biden would bow out after 2 years so Harris could step in and serve the maximum possible 10 years.

I don’t think Biden, or more to the point Dr. Jill, has agreed to anything. This will be a forced ouster behind the scenes if it happens. Very much Banana Republican type of shenanigans.
In order to unload him contra Jill’s wishes, you need a two-thirds majority in Congress to scotch any effort to reclaim his authority if he’s deposed by a vote of the cabinet. That means you have to have the congressional leadership lined up in favor of dumping him. AFAICT, there are only a couple of quality people in the cabinet. The Democratic Party elite in our time is just awful.

There is no such thing as Arkancide. There are two people whose deaths are troubling: Seth Rich and Jeffrey Epstein. We do not know who is responsible. The breadcrumbs which would implicate the Clintons as opposed to some other operator are just not there.
In re legality, the Democrats have to observe certain rubrics in order to manufacture their narratives. The only alternative to having the congressional leadership on board is putting both Bidens under house arrest and separating them. They’d have to have the Secret Service on board to do that.

CAM, I lived this under the Clinton reign in the state of AR up-close. Art doesn’t know what Art is talking about in this area despite the blather that Art repeats on this topic. There are definitely Arkancide murders. Your reference to bread crumbs is pure ignorance of all the individual cases involved. Cases including me predicting deaths of law enforcement before they took place because the individuals were standing up to the Clintons. Cases of individual Arkies predicting their own deaths to family members because of the possibility of activities that would have been politically & legally unfavorable to the Clintons coming to light. Art will, as always, make some rebuttal in which Art behaves as if they are superior to everyone else in their knowledge of facts. But what is new?
