I have never seen anything like this. Forty-seven bucks for ten gallons of gasoline last week for our Transit Connect. The average price for gasoline is 4.52. In parts of California it is now more than seven dollars a gallon. I was predicting five buck gas by the Fourth of July, but it looks like that bleak milestone will be reached by Memorial Day. This type of inflation every one sees and no amount of government double talk can explain away. Uncle Miltie, do the honors:
