Fate has a way of picking unlikely material,
Greasy-haired second lieutenants of French artillery,
And bald-headed, dubious, Roman rake-politicians.

If Roe is overturned, President Donald Trump deserves the lion’s share of the credit.
And when it comes to pass, the world needs to be reminded that everyone of those fake Catholics who constantly lie and say that electing pro-life Republicans has no effect on abortion, that Democrats are the real pro-life Catholics, they were all wrong. Electing politicians who are openly and proudly pro-life gets results.
That is why I voted for Trump.
Actually, overturning Roe would simply return the legal back to the status quo ante except that there would be more states that legalized than before Roe. Some have “trigger” laws already in place to insure abortions continue in those states. The work of the pro-life organizations is far from done.
But it is the end of the beginning of the pro-life struggle and returns the issue to the political process, which we will win over time state by state. The magnitude of this victory, especially when consideration is given to the forces arrayed on the other side, cannot be overstated.
I agree about Trump, although McConnell did a lot of work too. I think an overturning of Roe would make Trump unbeatable in the 2024 primaries.
McConnell held the line in 2016 against Obama nominee Garland and he deserves credit for doing so.
In Michigan, our work begins when Roe is toast. The sleazy wordsmiths have crafted an abortion amendment to abolish the State’s anti-abortion law. The destruction, disguised as freedom for reproductive health, is plain vomit.

The repealing of state laws buried in this landfill created by Worse than Murder Inc. and it’s accomplices, the ACLU, is appalling.
Yes. Trump had my vote for the hope of the unborn and their future.
God bless orange man.
