The first of the 12 Steps is admitting “I am powerless over ___ ” (fill in the blank–alcohol, drugs, other people, food, lust, gambling.) God forbid that we should be powerless over wearing masks or doing what the “authorities” require.
Why is there a shortage of already proven antivirals for treatments similar to those for flu? Seems the government control freaks would rather regulate behavior with masks and vaccines.
Yes but what of those addicted to the power trip of creating and then enforcing mask mandates? They don’t want a cure.

Global death count falls below 3,000 for the first time since 28 March 2020
It appears the U.S. may have a post-omicron wave. If the experience of European countries and Canada is replicated, it should peak within about a month and have a faint echo in death counts.
Deaths in the United States have fallen below 400 per day. Other than a seven week period in June and July of 2021, that’s as low as they have been since 28 March 2020.
