Who of the puppet master cards and prels will tell him the Jorge party is over and you’re going to be roomies with Benedict? And when told will he , The Dictator Pope, understand what they are dictating? Guy, Texas (Moe/Curly/Larry)
Schism now? It’s been schism for over 1000 years.
Schism between orthodox and Catholic? It’s already schismed.
The Russian Orthodox Patriarch is pretty cozy w/ the Putin regime. Take a look at the Russian Military Cathedral. No way the Patriarch is going to criticize or acknowledge war crimes by the Russian Army in Ukraine. They were tight w/ the Soviets too.

Wondering if the news reporters mean that the Ukrainian Orthodox Church is severing ties with the Russian Orthodox Church? The press gets confused between the Eastern Rite in our Catholic Church under the Pope which are also in Ukraine and the Orthodox Churches who left in 1054?
It’s a bit confusing because there are at least two Ukrainian Orthodox Churches, one which is affiliated with the Moscow Patriarchate and one which looks to the Ecumenical Patriarch. Some of Kirill’s public comments in support of Putin have been so bad that even the Moscow-tied Ukrainian Orthodox leadership blasted him.
