With this pope, the question is always “what flavor of retard will he be today?” Some days he is an agnostic, some days an atheist, some days a pagan, some days a humanist. Today he is a fundamentalist protestant, teaching that “once saved, always saved”. I wonder what flavor he will be tomorrow?
I think this is a sign of God’s providence: a bad pope, but one who can’t stop telling you his bad plans and moral failings, over and over again.
To wit, he’s a rigid, gossipy, money-obsessed bully building the most self-referential of all NGOs.
I couldn’t believe it. The pope actually talked about the reality of sin. Maybe next year he’ll bring himself around to talking about last judgement and Hades?
To be fair, he does talk about sin. It’s just too frequently distorted and off-key–e.g., calling gossip “terrorism.”
