Red Tide Coming

Live by identity politics, die by identity politics.  Even in San Francisco parents are rebelling against Left Wing Loons treating their parents as so many lab rats in service of their never ending Leftist Jihads.

The bad news is the SF Mayor selects and appoints their replacements. I wonder if he could just reappoint them? Whoever is appointed will probably not be good.

JFK:
No. she won’t. She urged them to resign in fact. Gotta be fair to the woman, even if I don’t like other policies.

Some of red tide is in thanks to the blatant racism being produced by the BLM movement. This courageous departure from NBC Sports, and the Racist Queen Whoppi, give a VIEWpoint that supports the incoming tide;

Yes, even once-beautiful now quintessentially dystopian San Francisco may be able to arouse its voters on one occasion to reject extremist school council nuts who erase the names Washington & Lincoln from SF high schools: But dont get your hopes up too high.

Showing how disparate SF High Tech & Investor Class Society is from the fentanyl-riddled street homeless mentally ill addict class and the underclass of service industry workers is, Grace (Episcopal) Cathedral sends me the following email invitation to their annual “Carnivale” (you have to click to see the astonishingly unaware images of Flapper-Era nostalgia for Carnivale):

https://gracecathedral.org/carnivale-2022/
“Get Ready for the Action!
The cameras start rolling on March 1 at 6 pm for Carnivale at Grace Cathedral.
Join us “on set” in person or enjoy your seat “in studio” at home. With a nod to the historic groundbreaking of our cathedral in 1927, we’ll joyfully celebrate the 1920s, a time of innovation, industry and social progress.”

“Shine on the Red Carpet! Step into the glittering world of Old Hollywood where paparazzi cameras flash around you, capturing the excitement of the evening as you glide into the cathedral for a memorable evening of connection and celebration.”

“Or . . . kick up your (high) heels at home and dine black-tie style with Carnivale in a Box. Enjoy a three-course dinner from McCalls Catering or create your own speakeasy at home with our Carnivale in a Bag (see more below) cocktails and hors-d’oeuvres kit. Either way, you’ll be joining the show without skipping a beat!”

I thought Don McClarey, Lucius Quintus Cincinnatus, et al. might want to sign up for the “Visionary” contributor table of 16–only $50,000, only 2 left– and you might get to sit near anti-Trump mad loon former hedge fund exec Tom Steyer (a Grace parishioner). Otherwise, “The Innovator” level is only $25,000, though just 2 left.

The phenomenal tone-deafness of the SF elite tech & hedge-fund exec class is worthy of Pompeii or Versailles.

It’s going to be some Shrove Tuesday and Ash Wednesday in Babylon by the Bay.

By the way, I couldnt find it in myself to contribute support to the Cathedral this year. (I used to support them because of their music program: but now…why?)

What a great line;
“The phenomenal tone-deafness of the SF elite tech & hedge-fund exec class is worthy of Pompeii or Versailles.”

Raising money for their Social Justice programs too!
How spectacular. Maybe they could convert Nancy Pelosi. That would be a great social justice for Catholics.

Tom, it is good to hear that the Mayor there may choose better for the families.
