We all fall so far from what our love and service to God should be, this prayer is ever applicable to all of us, except for the Virgin Mary.

Cradle Catholic. Active in the pro-life movement since 1973. Father of three, one in Heaven, and happily married for 43 years. Small town lawyer and amateur historian. Former president of the board of directors of the local crisis pregnancy center for a decade.
One of the two really good things PBS TV aired in the past 50 years was a recent hour-long documentary about this very vital prayer.
Another prayer. “Protect me from the evil one. Keep me close to You. Never let me be separated from You. Amen.”
PS It’s been so many years I cannot remember the other PBS TV good thing.

John 3:30 is my frequent prayer throughout the day;
30 “He must increase, but I must decrease.”
My friendship has grown by asking the Lord if a project is worthy of the time and effort. Then if it is, asking Him to help me with the projects. Together we can meet the challenges. Also, making it a priority to see, visit him each day in the admiration chapel. Even if the visit is only 5 minutes long.
It’s documented that St. Maximilian Kolbe would stop by and make short visits to Jesus ten or more times a day. Easier to do when you live and work in the City of the Immaculate.

Lord Jesus Christ, pray for me a sinner. Another amen.
I say it many times each day.
