Gov Youngkin fired the entire parole board. One of the new appointees was a 24 yo police officer when she was shot in the head by a violent criminal. Her assailant won’t be getting parole, that’s for sure.
It might be fun to watch and read some of the big media types in VA screaming at the sky over these moves by Youngkin and the new AG. I suppose schadenfreude is at least a venial sin, but it sure is tempting.
