Saint of the Day Quote: Saint Concordius

Martyred subdeacon during the reign of Marcus Aurelius. He was tried by Torquatus, the governor of Umbria, in Spoleto, Italy. Concordius was beheaded.

Concordius of Spoleto is a little-known Christian saint and martyr of the 2nd century. There is another martyr Concordius [1] who died in the 4th century.

Thank you for posting these saints.. this one is a specially good example-he minded his own business,was quiet but solid. He had the strength not to waiver. I hope he is praying for us now
