I was sure hung jury was the best outcome, with a guilty on some counts not on others. Never imagined not guilty on all counts.

As long as things are better than I expected, I’m now hoping for disbarment of the prosecutors.

Justice.

Now, he sues the lying media for $1,000,000,000,000.

The Nick Sandmann dividend.

I can still be pleasantly surprised.

And what T. Shaw said: let the defamation suits rain from the skies.

Thankfully my lack of confidence in acquittal proved unfounded, Now, let the lawsuits against the evil media begin.

Something to be thankful going into Thanksgiving!

T. Shaw, also don’t forget Joe Biden’s liability for calling him a “white supremacist.”

Deo gracias!

The Lord’s justice prevails. Halleluiah!

And while I would love to see Kyle end up owning the New York Times, I understand if he is exhausted and just wants to put it all behind him. May he find peace and grace in the times ahead, and there be extra thanksgiving and glad tidings around the family table next Thursday.

Nate, yeah. Keep his head down, sell his story or an interview one time to a friendly media outlet, then dye his hair, change his name, and repair surf boards for the rest of his life.

So very glad it turned out well for him.

Now that he’s been acquitted on all charges, will Gofundme reinstate his account to defray his court costs?
And as for the the Norfolk County Police Lt. William Kelly, who was fired when it came out he’d donated $25 to Mr. Rittenhouse’s legal defense fund last April—will he and others like him be reinstated?

Lots of people have been praying for this, trusting God. I pray there will be more public defeats for the sinister left. Kerp raying everyone.

We celebrate today. Do what we can to make life difficult for the world’s malicious cretins and bureaucratic tools later.

Justice and prayer – a powerful combo. God bless the judge and the jury. Have to believe the Holy Spirit was with them.encouraging them to choose the law and facts over intimitdation.
Nick Sandman has written a supportive letter to Kyle Rittenhouse.
Hope it is more than rumor that Lin Wood will represent Kyle in suits.

Not to be a downer, but it would not surprise me if the “Justice” Department files charges against him.

After what we’ve seen this year from the DoJ, I would expect the only thing preventing them is the fact that a clear reading of civil rights law would not allow it and they would get laughed out of court by any non-partisan Federal judge. And, yes, I worded that sentence very carefully.

They wouldn’t try him on murder but for a civil rights violation of his assailants. They’ve done it before.

I would be surprised if even the DOJ would be dumb enough to attempt to prosecute Rittenhouse.

It would depend on the rate of deterioration in the department’s institutional culture between Eric Holder and Merrick Garland.

Additionally, I can see the Feds prosecuting, knowing they won’t win, but forcing him to go through the process and bankrupting him. The Feds have nothing to lose and limitless funds.

The iconic civil rights prosecution was that of a mess of people from a klavern of Robert Shelton’s klan outfit for the kidnapping and murder of three members of the Congress of Racial Equality in June 1964. The difference being that the three CORE chaps were in Neshoba County, Miss. actually exercising their civil rights and the only offense any of them were guilty of was speeding. The audacity of latter-day prosecutors being what it is, I’m sure there be some itching to treat the two cases as analogous (with a generous assist from Regime Media).

It appears that people are lining up on Twitter begging Rittenhouse to sue them after the verdict. Starting with the execrable Mr. Kaepernick, who is collectible.

Get the defamation counsel on retainer, Mr. Rittenhouse.

JFK, as don is still an active attorney I defer to him, but my recollection is that such a charge can only stick if the defendant “acted under color of law.” So it gets used against cops and sometimes Fed agents, but I don’t recall it being available against civilians. That said, I wouldn’t put it past this bunch to try.

There’s no basis for the DOJ to act here, but there’s also no basis for the FBI to tag parents as threats on a counterterrorism database. But here we are.

Yes Frank, the case Art cited is the relevant case. But think of it: to go after Rittenhouse the DOJ would have to claim that civil disorder is a civil right. They would have to turn the First Amendment on its head.

I stand corrected by Art’s comment about the Klan prosecution in the 1960s. I had forgotten about that.

Shelton’s crew included Lawrence Rainey and Cecil Price, respectively the Sheriff and principal deputy sheriff of Neshoba County, Ms. I may be mistaken, but I think the hook for kidnapping them was Price chasing them down for speeding. Seems to me about 10 people were convicted in sum.

Well, this is the second event that has given me a glimmer of hope that, maybe, just maybe, America is starting to regain its’ senses. The first was election night several weeks ago, when Dems took a drubbing. The mighty leftist propaganda machine didn’t work then and it didn’t work on those 12 jurors – or on anybody with sense who watched the Rittenhouse trial.

I fear Kyle’s travails are not over (his attorney said today that he and his family will probably have to move – it’s too dangerous for him to remain where he is), but at least that young man is not looking at a long spell in prison for defending his life.

Today should be perpetually remembered with honor shown to the 12 citizens who were able to do their duty despite howling lynch mobs all around the Court House. Imagine the pressure. I am sure they have family that is now at risk. These 12 citizens saved our justice system, at least for now. I have never been as proud of
one of my wrong expectations. God Bless them and their loved ones, along with Kyle.

I am elated. So is half the country. Mostly Judeo-Christian conservatives. The other half is infuriated and will not be placated or reasoned with. Liberals, progressives, feminists, and all the rest.

I hope Kyle Rittenhouse, his family, the jurors, their families, the judge and his family will be safe. But liberals do not accept rule of law. Pray, pray, pray. And yes, stock up on ammunition. You may have to do what Kyle did.
