The Defense had a disastrous day yesterday with the defense attorney doing absolutely nothing as the prosecutor ran riot. He could have made hundreds of objections and he made almost none. He allowed complete hearsay into evidence. He allowed prejudicial evidence into evidence. His cross examination he sleep walked through and was completely ineffective. A good critique by Robert Barnes:
I am in court this morning. If I can, I will link to live coverage before I leave for court. What a debacle this is turning into for Rittenhouse. After the FBI FLIR video, this should have been a slam dunk for the defense. Instead, with his lawyer keeping the other team out and yesterday’s disaster it’s looking like there is a fix to get Kyle buried in prison.
