Judge is explaining voir dire procedures to the prospective jurors. He has quite a presence. He is going to be in complete control of this trial. Seventy-five years old, but he strikes me as sharp and vigorous.
Break for lunch. Judge was going through, and releasing from service on the jury, jurors who could not promise to base their verdicts purely on the evidence presented.
The left has already done a thorough background search on the judge and gearing up to smear and slander him. Don’t be shocked if you start seeing hyperventilating articles about his [presumed] views any day now.
