I don’t know how the NSA works. I’ve seen the contention that the directive to unmask him would have to have come at the behest of someone way at the top, e.g. the staff director of the National Security Council. The current occupant is a man named Sullivan, a lawyer from Minneapolis who has no history in the military, the intelligence services, or the Foreign Service. He was, however, a remora appended to Hillary Clinton.
…and we all now know how they create those convenient “intelligence intercepts.” The old Soviets would marvel at the similarity of their operating.
I’m sure Jonah Goldberg will issue a correction at the dispatch any second now…
