May 2020 isn’t a good comparison point especially for gas since we were (at least officially) under house arrest. But I’m sure May 2019 comparison would still have me missing Trump. Did we miss sort of new regulation on lumber harvesting? Or a big fire?
The real estate market is going crazy currently. In times of instability money tends to go into land as the safest long term investment.

The CDC joins the FBI, the CIA, Department of Education, and the US Attorney’s offices in Washington, Portland, Seattle, and Minneapolis on the “Just-Shut-it-Down” list. One of Trump’s accomplishments was smoking out the frankly malignant. (The only problem is that half the public has malignancies right in front of their dead eyes and they don’t care).
