Father William J. Koscko, Saint Henry Parish, Buckeye, Arizona. Few things are more powerful than a priest of Christ who is unafraid to preach the truth.
Donald R. McClarey
Cradle Catholic. Active in the pro-life movement since 1973. Father of three, one in Heaven, and happily married for 43 years. Small town lawyer and amateur historian. Former president of the board of directors of the local crisis pregnancy center for a decade.
Most encouraging. We need many more priest with such courage. Most Bishops do not represent Christ but do not proclaim the truth in order to get along.

Wow – such a good Priest. St Henry Parish is Blessed. It’s Priests like Father William who make you want to go to Church. The world is yearning for this bold and courageous witness to the Faith whether they realise it or not. It’s how the Apostles taught the Faith. I would like to see Communion denied. I witnessed 2 homosexual men receive Communion infront of me a few years ago in the Cathedral downtown (they were leaning on each other and holding hands as they approached the front of the Communion line), and the Priest put the Body of Our Lord straight into the palms of their hand. I was so angry inside. More so since my small children witnessed this as they came up with me to be Blessed. Such an insult to Our Lord.

Future saint material, all the way. Sadly, good priests failed to stand up and shout like this when Roe v Wade was being considered, and even the far too long delay for the battered Paul Vi to decide if contraception by pill was Catholic or not.

In my 55 years on earth I have never heard a homily like this. This man would go to the cross for his sheep. What a true shepherd! Thank you for sharing this Donald.

Joe Bidens parish will take in those parishioners that are pro-death. No problem.

I’m reminded of two liberal Izod-clad Franciscan priests who came to uh..de-catechize our parish council years back. They had a sign on each desk that proudly proclaimed that “we accept all that the church rejects”. I raised my hand and asked politely if this could not have been written by Satan himself. Needless to say, all Hades broke loose, and we were assigned to a more traditional Franciscan order. My humble Franciscan pastor thanked me profusely.
Trying not to brag, but I linked to this video in the comments back on March 6. Glad it is getting wider exposure.

George, Fr Kosco’s sermon is worth watching it twice. Thanks for getting the ball rolling. No surprise that at our parish participation for the Bishops Lenten Appeal is at 25% this year.

When that polling agency revealed that 70% of Holy Roman Catholics don’t believe in the Real and True Presence of Christ within the Holy Eucharist and the US Bishops response was to: print out a pamphlet. You know that the US Bishops are truly lost.
How can you expect the faithful to honor the Eucharist, when you have weak bishops who don’t teach the catechism. Our Priest only offers confession 30 minutes before mass, if you can find him. Confession is done face to face behind an Ikea closet screen! The sacrament of reconciliation has been gutted of its sacredness, holiness and reverence.

Father of Seven and Captain Thai Tea – I’d say that 75% of the homilies at my parish refer to the Real Presence. Both pastor and assistant pastor, as well as our prior pastor. Archdiocese of Washington, suburban parish, Novus Ordo.
