I said this on another post, but this Mother’s Day hits harder for the first absence of my mom, who died May 25 of last year. However, it isn’t going to stop me from raising a toast to her who gave me all the important life lessons that couldn’t be taught in school.
So Happy Mother’s Day to all the moms, grandmothers, godmothers, and women who have had a maternal influence on you!
Mothers in Heaven, I am sure, keep an eye on their kids here below.

We went out yesterday to celebrate Mother’s Day and my wife decided she wanted me to grill some brats today. I will gladly oblige around 4 PM!
Although my oldest daughter won’t eat them. She gets a hot dog instead 🤷♂️
