A predictable result. The Democrats threw out the rule book, statutes and the Virginia Constitution, to turn a 6-5 split in Congressional representation into a 10-1 Democrat wipe out. I doubt a 10-1 map is possible in Virginia. Nearly half the state’s population lives outside of NoVa, the urban Tidewater, and greater Richmond. In rVirginia, the Democratic have an advantage only a trio of university towns and a few loci with a proportionately high black population.
