Nah. Go to NYC. It’s cold enough now to discourage (some) demonstrations and street crime.
Avoid the subway and be selective about where you go after dark.
And don’t trumpet your conservatism.
That said, there are several fine Churches in NYC still (ie occupied by good priests). Just don’t depend on St Pat’s to be one of them…
