However Much You Despise the Media, You do not Hate Them Enough

It is still up currently.  Go here to read it.  Go here to read the discussion about deleting it.  Whenever there is a crime story that does not fit the narrative, it becomes a local story to receive perfunctory coverage.  If the crime story fits the preferred media narrative, there is almost always an attempt to puff it into a major story with lengthy coverage.  The death of drug addicted career criminal George Floyd is the classic example of this.  Currently the major media with The New York Post being one of the few honorable exceptions, is doing their worst to pretend that this story does not exist.

I think we all know the answer to that question Piers.

Sue. Sue. Sue for letting the murderer kill an innocent person. Sue. sue for giving the murderer freedom to kill.

Anyone who relies on Wikipedia as their authority does so at their intellectual peril. As we said when I served in the army, little but latrine rumors.

I first remember hearing the “it’s just a local story” excuse during the Kermit Gosnell trial. There was obvious interest to the story, not just because of its political implications but also because of what a monster Gosnell was. Yet no major paper would touch it, since no matter how you reported on it it would hurt the abortion movement.

There was the obvious barbarity of Gosnell slaughtering babies, which could cause the reader to ponder how different what he was doing to babies was from any other abortionist. But there was also the harm he did to the mothers, beyond the moral and psychological trauma that abortion always produces, to the point where some died. The only reason he got away with this is that the abortion movement was so committed to killing babies that they were not willing to enforce even basic standards of cleanliness or safety if it meant that a baby might live. The die-hard death cultists saw no problem with this, but they were aware that most of the public members of the “pro-choice” movement might reconsider if they were helping women by being associated with people who literally didn’t care if women bled out and died.

Reporters today will insist that they eventually reported on the Gosnell case. But they didn’t. What they did was report on the reasons that they didn’t want to report on the Gosnell case, which largely meant writing pro-abortion screeds with a couple lines of “and its awkward to report on this murderer” thrown in the middle. They never actually reported on his crimes.

Expect a repeat of that strategy if they are forced to mention the killing of Iryna Zarutska. They will claim that how Republicans are racist and that if they are not careful when reporting on crimes committed by blacks that they may feed into that racism. They will claim that President Trump is a fascist tyrant who will use this incident to further his ends and that they had to be careful in reporting for that reason to. But they won’t talk about the woman who was senselessly and brutally killed. And five years from now they will claim “we reported on that murder.”

Yes, you don’t despise them enough.

I know it’s a serious sin to wish someone to rot in Hell for all eternity. So I won’t wish it. I really really won’t. I will say this: the perp and everyone responsible for his still being on the streets had best do some serious praying and repenting if they want to avoid that exact end. Rant over.

Hope he gets the death penalty.

I read about it in DailyMail. Only. And here. The comment sections about his monster in Daily Mail are brutal, particularly towards the last judge who decided to allow him freedom after his 14th arrest. The public are not stupid.

But…I did watch an entire segment how people allegedly booed Trump at the US Open and how he delayed play by half an hour and how security was tightened. And how the organisers refused to acknowledge his presence at the tournament because it was a “distraction”. Yeah heard lots about that.

What is disturbing is that someone set up a go-fund-me page for this monster as a “victim” of his own mental demise. Go-fund-me had the decency to shut it down and refund all the idiots that donated to it.

Poor girl. She would have been safer in war-torn Ukraine.

FOX carried the story. But I have a bone to pick – there was no need to show pin up style photos of the victim. What was the point? Thankfully the next day FOX prime time shows did not have them. Prayers for Iryna and her parents.
