The piece is exceptional.
My coast guard dad brought us up on the water. Cape Cod then West Grand Traverse Bay. Sailboats were dads boat of choice.

The scene captures real life events;
Cancer recently hits home, daughter is missing, husband looses job, Billy wants to be Betty, Car accident disables large bread winner….and 10,000 other crashing waves.

“Oh ye of little faith.”

****I got you. Have faith in me.****

The Captain has this. Trust in Him.

Love it! Sadly this piece was stolen in the 1990s and is still missing. Stupid thieves.

Actually, I always wanted a print of “The Raft of the Medusa” to post in my cube at work. My second choice was the rhino in the rowboat still from Fellini’s “And the Ship Sails On”.
